HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS AND RATES
The following discounted group rates have been secured for the 2018 ISHRS 26th World Congress at the Loews Hollywood Hotel for the dates of Wednesday/October 3, 2018 through Thursday/October 18, 2018, based on availability.
$244 USD single/double occupancy for standard rooms with either a king size or two double size beds
$344 USD single/double occupancy for a Studio King Suite

All room rates are currently subject to 15.5% tax and 0.3% CA Tourism Fee, which is subject to change. The hotel does not charge a resort fee. Children under 18 years and younger may stay in their parent’s or guardian’s room at no charge in the existing bedding.
Please make your reservation early – the group rates are available through September 13, 2018 or while room availability lasts.
HOTEL DEPOSIT/GUARANTEE/CANCELLATION POLICY
In order to confirm reservations, the hotel requires a one-night deposit by credit card for each room. You may cancel up to 24 hours prior to your arrival date without charge. If you cancel within 24 hours of your arrival date or “no show,” you will be charged for one night, forfeiting the one-night deposit.
Check-in time is 4:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM.
AIRPORT & GROUND TRANSPORTATION INFORMATION
The Loews Hollywood Hotel is located in West Hollywood, approximately a 42-minute drive (27 miles) from Los Angeles International Airport (airport code LAX). Traffic in Los Angeles is often very heavy, so note this is an approximate travel time.
Taxis: One-way taxi fares between the hotel and airport (LAX) range from $60-90 USD plus tip, depending on traffic. Taxis accept credit cards, but its best to confirm with the driver before starting your ride.
Uber and Lyft: For those who prefer to use these private ridesharing services, Uber and Lyft both serve Los Angeles International Airport.
SuperShuttle: For more cost efficient shared ride service, you may want to consider using SuperShuttle. Check their website for more information and rates: www.supershuttle.com.
Hotel Parking: If you are driving, the Loews Hollywood Hotel offers valet and self-parking. Valet Parking is $46 USD plus tax per vehicle, per day (includes in-and-out privileges). Self-Parking is $17 USD per vehicle, per day (does not include in-and-out privileges). For valet parking, please allow 20 minutes for the retrieval of your vehicle.
